RISK DISCLOSURE

Last updated: 24 October 2026

1. Scope

This risk disclosure applies to all offerings of RM Digital LLC within Echo Pulse Community – in particular educational content, live sessions, community calls, trade ideas, results displays, the community chat, push notifications, the member area, the Echo Pulse app and the technical tools and automated trading systems provided („trading bot“).

Please read this disclosure in full before you take out a membership or subscription or act on the basis of our content.

2. No advice, no recommendation

All content is provided for information, education and technical support only. It is not investment advice, investment brokerage, financial analysis, an investment recommendation or a solicitation to buy or sell financial instruments. Nor is it tax or legal advice.

We do not know your personal and financial situation, investment objectives, experience or risk tolerance and cannot take them into account. Our content is general in nature and addressed to an unspecified number of people.

Trade ideas are learning examples used to explain and follow market situations. They are not trading signals and not a request to open a particular position.

You make every trading decision on your own responsibility and for your own account. We recommend that you obtain independent professional advice before making trading decisions.

3. Risks of trading foreign exchange and gold

Our content and tools relate to foreign exchange trading (forex), in particular gold against the US dollar (XAU/USD). This trading uses leveraged financial instruments and involves considerable risk. It can lead to the total loss of the capital you invest.

  • Leverage: Even small price movements have a disproportionate effect on your capital. The higher the leverage, the smaller the price movement that can lead to a total loss.
  • High volatility of gold: XAU/USD is one of the most volatile instruments in forex trading. Daily moves of several percent are possible, and the annual range can be very wide. Combined with leverage, a single market move can wipe out an account.
  • News events: Interest rate decisions, inflation data, labour market figures and geopolitical events can cause sudden price jumps within seconds.
  • Margin call and forced liquidation: If your account falls below the required margin, your broker may close positions without consulting you and at unfavourable prices.
  • Additional payment obligation and negative balance: Depending on your broker and its regulation, your account balance may become negative and exceed your deposit. EU-regulated providers offer negative balance protection to retail clients; providers outside the EU may not.
  • Gap and weekend risk: The forex market closes at the weekend. When it reopens, the price can differ significantly from Friday’s close. Protective orders such as stop-loss orders are then executed at the next available price rather than the price you set – possibly with a much larger loss.
  • Spreads and liquidity: Spreads can widen significantly, especially around news, during the Asian session and when the market reopens. Positions can then only be opened or closed at worse prices.
  • Slippage: Prices can differ between placing an order and its execution.
  • Ongoing costs: Spreads, commissions and financing costs for positions held overnight (swap) continuously reduce your result, regardless of how prices move.
  • Currency risk: If your account is held in a different currency from the instrument traded, exchange rate movements also affect your result.
  • Counterparty risk: Default, insolvency or technical failures of your broker can lead to losses, up to the loss of your account balance.

4. Specific risks of automated trading systems

An automated trading system is a tool. It is no substitute for your own understanding and no protection against losses. In addition to the risks in section 3, the following apply in particular:

  • No guaranteed success: The trading bot can produce losing trades, losing streaks and longer losing periods. There is no guarantee that a strategy that worked in the past will work in the future.
  • Changing market conditions: Strategies are designed for certain market phases. If the market environment changes, a previously successful strategy can produce lasting losses.
  • Open positions and floating losses: A system can show realised profits over a long period while unrealised losses exist in open positions at the same time. Your actual account balance can therefore differ considerably from the daily results shown.
  • Technical risks: Failures of internet connections, servers, interfaces (API), trading platform or software can cause orders not to be executed, or to be executed late, incorrectly or more than once.
  • Misconfiguration: Wrong or unsuitable settings – for example for position size, leverage, risk or capital – can increase losses considerably. You are responsible for setting up and continuously monitoring your account.
  • Duty to monitor: The system is not meant to run unattended. You remain obliged to check your trading account regularly and to intervene when necessary.
  • Copy trading (Mister Flip): With Mister Flip, the trades of an experienced trader from our team are copied automatically to your account. These trades are based on the trader’s own decisions, which can be wrong and lead to losses, including losing streaks. Copied trades can be executed later or at different prices than on the trader’s account, so your result can differ from the results shown.

5. App, push notifications and timeliness

Trade ideas, news and results in the app and in push notifications may reach you late, out of order or not at all – for example because of your device settings, network problems or delays at Apple, Google or other service providers. By the time you read a trade idea, the market may already have moved and the idea may be out of date. Do not rely on receiving notifications on time, and never trade only because of a notification.

6. Community content

Posts, results and experiences shared by other members in the community chat or elsewhere are their personal opinions. We do not check them for accuracy. They are not advice, not typical results and not a statement by RM Digital LLC.

7. Results shown and past performance

Past results are not a reliable indicator of future performance.

Results shown on our website, in the app and in the member area relate to a single account under specific conditions at a specific time. They are neither representative nor transferable to other accounts and are no promise, forecast or guarantee of your result.

Your actual results can differ considerably – depending, among other things, on capital, leverage, timing of entry, broker, fees, spreads, execution quality, settings and market conditions.

Displays in which an account size can be changed are for illustration only. They are not a return forecast and do not allow any projection of an expected result.

Results of individual members, testimonials and reviews reflect the personal view of the person concerned. They are not typical results and do not allow conclusions about the success of other members.

8. Your responsibility and suitability

Only trade with capital whose total loss you can bear financially and personally. Do not use money you need for your living costs, ongoing obligations or retirement. Do not finance trading with loans or borrowed money.

Before every trading decision, check whether the financial instrument suits your knowledge, objectives and risk tolerance. Membership in Echo Pulse Community does not replace your own review and judgement.

Our offering is intended exclusively for adults (18 years and over).

9. Third parties involved

To use our offering, you need your own account with a broker or trading platform. That contract is concluded solely between you and the respective provider. We accept no responsibility for its services, terms, availability, regulation or solvency.

Before opening an account, check for yourself where the provider is based, which authority supervises it, what leverage it offers, whether negative balance protection applies and whether your deposits are protected by a compensation scheme. These conditions can differ considerably and directly affect your risk.

Broker costs – in particular spreads, commissions and financing costs – are not part of your membership and are charged in addition.

10. No guarantee of availability

We aim for high availability of our content, app and tools, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or constant availability. Maintenance, technical faults or circumstances beyond our control can cause interruptions.

The price of a membership or subscription is a fee for access to educational content, tools and the community. It does not depend on your trading results; trading losses do not give rise to a refund.

11. Taxes

You are responsible for the tax treatment of your trading results. Tax consequences depend on your personal circumstances and may change. Please consult a tax adviser.

12. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health and for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations – obligations whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose fulfilment you may regularly rely – our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.

We are not liable for trading losses resulting from your own trading decisions or from the operation of an automated trading system on your account, unless they are based on a breach of duty for which we are responsible in the sense described above.

Mandatory statutory liability provisions remain unaffected.

13. Changes

We reserve the right to amend this risk disclosure if our offering or the legal framework changes. The version available at the time the contract is concluded applies.
