COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Echo Pulse Community is a place to learn trading together. These rules apply to the community chat and to everything you post in the app. They are part of our Terms of Use. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour.

1. Be respectful

  • Treat everyone with respect – beginners as well as experienced traders.
  • No insults, harassment, bullying, threats or intimidation.
  • No hate speech or discrimination based on origin, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other characteristic.

2. No illegal or objectionable content

  • No sexual or pornographic content, no violence and no content that glorifies violence.
  • No content that is illegal or violates the rights of others, such as copyright or personality rights.
  • No drugs, weapons or other dangerous goods.

3. No spam, advertising or scams

  • No advertising, no promotion of other groups, courses, signal services or products, and no referral or affiliate links.
  • Only our team may post links.
  • Do not ask other members for money, and do not offer to manage other people’s accounts or money.
  • No promises of guaranteed profits.
  • Our team will never ask you for passwords, login codes or payments in the chat. Report anyone who does.

4. Share experiences, not advice

  • Share your own experiences and opinions and mark them as such.
  • Do not tell others what they must buy or sell, and do not put pressure on anyone to trade.
  • Results you share must be real. Do not fake or edit screenshots.
  • Remember: trading involves considerable risk. Please read our Risk Disclosure.

5. Protect privacy

  • Do not post personal data of other people (for example addresses, phone numbers or account details).
  • Do not share private conversations or screenshots of other members without their consent.
  • Never share your own login codes, passwords or trading account access.

6. Keep member content in the community

Courses, videos, trade ideas and other paid content are for members only. Do not record, share or publish them outside the community.

7. Report and block

Press and hold a message in the chat to report it or to block a member. Reported messages are hidden for you straight away and reviewed by our team. Messages reported by several members are hidden for everyone until we have reviewed them. You can unblock members in your profile at any time.

8. What happens if rules are broken

Depending on how serious the breach is, we may delete content, suspend you from the chat or terminate your account – in serious cases without prior warning. A chat suspension also applies if you delete your account and register again. If you think a decision is wrong, write to info@echopulsecommunity.de.
